Once in a while, we like to explore some of the lesser known attractions at the Disney parks. Even the most avid traveller to Disney is likely to encounter something new or forgotten from time to time.
Did you know that you can get your haircut inside of the Magic Kingdom? Yep. In addition to getting your Dole Whips, Mickey Ears, and turkey legs - you can get your head cleaned up before hopping on Splash Mountain (afterall, when that camera goes off before the splash, you want to look your best don’t you?).
Harmony Barber Shop is located on Main Street USA. As you step in, the old-fashion decor will immediately transform you to turn-of-the-century America. You’ll be welcomed into a spinning leather chair where a licensed cosmetologist will give your hair a cut or trim.

While many services and conveniences purchased inside the Walt Disney World resort are set at a premium price, the haircut services offered at Harmony Barber Shop are extremely reasonable and in line with your local hair salon. For those who are looking for a special “First Haircut” for their child, Harmony will not only cut your child’s hair, but they’ll also get a commerative certificate and pair of Mickey ears (not to mention a fun memory to share for the rest of their life).
